QSouthAfrica

QSouthAfrica is a regional branch of the QWorld initiative, specifically dedicated to advancing quantum computing knowledge and innovation within South Africa. Through various educational programs, hackathons, and workshops, QSouthAfrica seeks to build local expertise in quantum technologies and connect researchers, students, and professionals in the field. By providing resources and creating opportunities for engagement, QSouthAfrica is helping to position South Africa as a key player in the emerging quantum industry. View website for further events.

Beginner resources

The Qubit Game is an interactive educational game developed by Google Quantum AI, designed to introduce players to the fundamental concepts of quantum computing. Through a series of engaging challenges, players learn how quantum bits (qubits) work and how they differ from classical bits. The game provides hands-on experience with quantum gates, superposition, and entanglement in a fun and approachable way.

LearnQM offers an experiential learning environment where you are able to learn Quantum mechanics through interactive visualisation and games.
