Third webinar on Physics for Society

Prof. Andrew Forbes recently presented a talk as part of the IUPAP & UNESCO International Colloquia on Physics for Society. Prof. Forbes is a distinguished Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand, where he leads the Structured Light Laboratory. He also serves as the director of SA QuTI and active in promoting Quantum Science and Photonics across Africa.

The IUPAP/UNESCO International Colloquia on Physics for Society aims to bring together leading scientists, policymakers, and industry experts from around the world to establish a multidisciplinary and cross-regional collaboration platform.

The talk explored the latest advancements in quantum science and technology while promoting global engagement and dialogue.
